Delta Reign is the English Pokémon TCG expansion associated with the Japanese Storm Emeralda set. The strongest cards combine rarity, recognizable Pokémon, striking artwork, and collector demand. Mega Rayquaza ex clearly occupies the top position, while several lower-priced cards may become attractive binder targets after more product is opened.
